THIS MONTH’S CHEF: Simon Keough from Put A Egg On It

Put A Egg On It is an irreverent digest-sized art and literary magazine printed on green paper out of New York City. It’s about food, cooking and the communal joys of eating with friends and family. The magazine features personal essays, cooking tips, photo essays of dinner parties and special art projects. Every issue also includes a themed recipe section.

BREATH WORK with Regina from Wolf Medicine Magic

This month we’re joined by Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor and Breathwork healer, Regina (@wolfmedicinemagic)
Regina will be leading the class with @jeremyguttman and leading us in Breathwork: a deeply powerful, active, sustained pranayam (breath control) technique that encourages the release of stuck energy, old traumas, deep wounds and negative emotions in order to open and balance the chakras and to let go of what is no longer needed.
